On July, all the exhibitors who have paid the deposit for their stand will receive an e-mail from their technical adviser in which they will be informed about their login and password to accede to their personal area online.
In this area exhibitors will be able to download their stand location plan, with the number of the stand.

You will find all the information about your stand (layout, basic allocation, furniture provided, technical details…) in the stand description of your area. To download click here.

You will find a squared page in the Stand Description that has to be sent back to the organizer before July 25th.
On this page you will have to drawn the shape of your stand (1 square = 1 meter), and indicate the position of each element on the stand with the icon showed on the top of the page.
The basic allocation (detailed on page 3 or 4 of each Stand Description) has to be respected.
If your plans includes elements which exceed the basic allocation, you have to be send back the appropriate order form and the proof of payment.(in the absence of one of these documents the organizer will not take into account the extra allocation indicate on the plan).

The number of exhibitor’s badges is determined according to the stand surface as detailed here below:

A free parking card is automatically allocated to each exhibitor for his private vehicle.
(Car parks F: height limited to 1,90 m).

To all exhibitors who have paid their stand, badges and parking card will be available from August 15^th 2008 at France Conventions, 55 avenue Kléber Paris 16ème, or from Thursday September 4^th 2008 starting 2 p.m. at the Exhibitor Office at levels 1, 2 and 3 Hall 7.

Each exhibitor has at his disposal a quota of free prospecting cards which are allocated according to the size of his booth:
- Booth under 20 sq.m :50 cards
- Booth from 21 to 50 sq.m :100 cards
- Booth over 50 sq.m :200 cards

It is also possible to buy additional prospecting cards, on which you can indicate your brand and stand number (see page 14 of the Exhibitor Guide), in order to inform your customers of your participation to the Show.
NB: Prospecting cards do not allow your customers to a free entrance to the Show.

On your demand we send by e-mail a free invitation to all the buyers for which you will have provide us the e-mail address.
The service will only be provided to exhibitors who have paid the deposit.

The access to the Hall for equipped stand is allowed from Thursday September 4th, 2008 at 2 p.m. to 12pm.
Bare stand with personal layout will be able to enter to the Hall from Tuesday September 2nd at 8 a.m. onwards, but they will have to communicate to their technical adviser the number of person which has to enter the Hall, the name of the society which will work on their stand and the arriving hour.
The dismantling will start for all exhibitors from 7pm on Monday 8 September.

During the show, a free Wifi connection will be at disposal of all exhibitors coming with necessary computer equipment.
An information desk will be at your disposal at the second floor of the show.

All stands (except for the So Ethic area) are provided with electric supply. To know the electric power given on your stand see page 2 of your Stand Description.
You can order an electric block or increase the electric power on your stand by filling the order form on page 2, 3 et 4 of the Exhibitor’s Folder.
